1:1 Running Coaching
BASIC

$25 / Week (AUD)

Perfect for runners looking for a structured weekly plan with flexibility. You’ll receive a personalised training program updated weekly, tailored to your goals and fitness level, with access to the training app to track your progress.

STANDARD

$35 / Week (AUD)

Ideal for athletes wanting more feedback and support. This tier includes a fully personalised training plan updated weekly, access to the training app, direct messaging with your coach, and regular check ins to review progress and adjust your program as needed.

$45 / Week (AUD)

Designed for committed runners chasing big goals. You’ll receive a fully tailored, week-by-week program with unlimited messaging support, priority responses, comprehensive race planning and extensive ongoing feedback to help you train smarter and perform at your best - with a weekly zoom call included.

Training Plan

$150 (AUD): One-off payment

A one-time payment for a fully customised 12-week training plan tailored to your goal or upcoming race. Perfect for runners who are confident training independently and just need a clear, structured roadmap — no ongoing coaching or check-ins included.

SPC Group
Training Sessions

$10 (AUD): One-off payment

Attendance to 1 x SPC Group Training Session. Group training is led by Coach Scotty P on Wednesday nights.
